Price: In most locations, we charge a service fee on top of the parking cost the operator charges. The total price and fee breakdown are shown in the EasyPark app when you set your end time and before you start to park, as well as in your parking receipt when the session has ended, so you are confident about how much you’re paying. be very careful of the convenience of the app. I received a fine although the app indicated that I could park in the zone. they charged a service and parking charges although it was forbidden to park in the space until 4 pm. always approach the machine and don't rely on the app as it just works on the GPS location and the terms of service is that the end user is responsible for everything. If i had gone to the pay machine I would have seen the restrictions. no goodwill from customer service

Privacy issue: Although I changed my payment card, the old one has been charged by the Easypark! I changed the payment details 6 months ago and continue using the app as it was charging the new card. I recently added a new vehicle and the parking charge is deducted from my old card. That means that store my previous card details while on the app there is no sign of having it on my profile.

This app is perfectly designed to get you fined. there are too many clicks to start paid parking, the deceptive confirmation page is unnecessary and leaves you thinking You've paid when you haven't. it ends parking automatically after the selected time uf you ignore the notification. meaning you will get fined if you are busy. its also annoying to use if you dont want your location tracked. itsthe most unfriendly parking app i have used.
