Price: In most locations, we charge a service fee on top of the parking cost the operator charges. The total price and fee breakdown are shown in the EasyPark app when you set your end time and before you start to park, as well as in your parking receipt when the session has ended, so you are confident about how much you’re paying. Handy until random money disappears. I was always very happy about the app, I mean let's be real, it makes life a lot easier. That was until I noticed that small amounts of money were going off my account, even though I was nowhere near parking facilities for days. I emailed them about it, with proof attached, and they just told me to contact the city I parked in, even though I already told them I hadn't parked anywhere. There isn't any activity in the app that warrants payment. Edit: alreadydid

Parking area was not visible on the map, parking code not visible on the sign, and an additional hidden and non-refundable "service fee" added to all parking costs. Supposedly "15%" but that does not seem accurate (it seems to be an extra flat fee per day of parking, different for each parking spot). Additionally, they are very expensive! No other parking apps around my area are this terrible. Avoid them if possible!

Be warned, for first time users especially those who use this for monthly sessions. The app asks you to subscribe then cancel any time for 4.99e/month, when infact you do not have to subscribe as there is an option to choose the easy park small, which is a service fee of only 0.59c per paid parking session. Ended up having to pay 14.67e for a month, when it could have been just 10.59e. I did not see this easy park small option deliberately offered, very clever of them. No refund either.
