Ratings and reviews

The interface looks nice, but the app is NOT user-friendly or intuitive at all. 1st red flag : there are no direct options for leaving feedback/reporting technical issues, which you will surely face. Issues I have/don't appreciate: can't buy a ticket without a profile; password reset doesn't work, so had to create a throwaway account; bancontact payments not registering; a multitude of inconvenient design decisions that just make it frustrating to select the appropriate ticket type or journey.

I recently had some negative experiences with this app due to a persistent issue, which I reported via a negative review. The developer replied to my negative review and worked on a solution. Meanwhile, the issue has been fixed and I no longer experience issues planning my journeys or buying tickets. Good support which has earned my 5 stars back 🔥.

Does wat it needs to do, but user-friendliness can be improved. why is there no search button, when it retains the last searched settings? the only way to trick it into showing trains is to modify one of the fields and revert it. very annoying especially if you need to find your train platform last minute.
