I had a very bad experience with the app and customer service! Did make a transfer and the app showed as delivered but the recipient account did not receive the funds even after 13 days! When reported, they said it would be resolved in 7 days but still no response even after 9 days after reporting! Very bad! Please be aware when transferring funds in emergency situations! This app is not reliable!

Absolutely disgusting!!! I sent my brother money from Germany to the UK. The transfer was two weeks in processing, I called customer service several times and was repeatedly asked to wait and wait ,the delivery is supposed to be next working day etc and etc. After two weeks, the transfer was simply cancelled, and it took another two weeks before I got my money back. Definitely not recommended!! 😕

EDIT: IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND STILL NOTHING. apparently there is a waiting list to be registered into an actual account and I've been on this list for nearly a week now with no response or indication how far down I'm in the easier list and how long I have to wait. I've sent them emails to support, chat and social media but no response. I'll change the rating if and when I finally get off the waiting list to use the app.
