My account got suspended for no good reason. I was able to send 5 pounds to test it, then I tried to send the actual amount that is 1000 pounds the then problem started. Support team can't give me a valid reason. I just tried to send Money, the whole point of the app is this and it can't do it properly. Blaming system issues to Customers fault, what a joke.

Great app. I'm able to send to my friends in different countries, and it only takes a few minutes to get to them. No malicious or hidden fees. Edit: Sending via pix was working fine, now it fails to find the recipient with the pix key, even recipients that I have successfully found and sent to in the past. Please resolve this issue.

My account got suspended for no good reason.I installed the app last night!! As soon as I sent the money the account was closed!! I gave my bank statement and also called customer support but no one is responding!! What happened then .Customers Support team can't give me a valid reason. I just tried to send Money, the whole point of the app is this and it can't do it properly. Blaming system issues to Customers fault, what a joke
