My account got suspended for no good reason. I was able to send 5 pounds to test it, then I tried to send the actual amount that is 1000 pounds the then problem started. Support team can't give me a valid reason. I just tried to send Money, the whole point of the app is this and it can't do it properly. Blaming system issues to Customers fault, what a joke.

Great app. I'm able to send to my friends in different countries, and it only takes a few minutes to get to them. No malicious or hidden fees. Edit: Sending via pix was working fine, now it fails to find the recipient with the pix key, even recipients that I have successfully found and sent to in the past. Please resolve this issue.

Very quick transfer. Only delay is when you're sending to someone new for the first time. And majority of the time, the transfer rate is higher that 2 other apps that I use. Won't say the name but you can guess which ones. After the second time that this is happening, I've had to review my review. Your money might occasionally get locked up in a 'in progress' transaction. When money is sent and is locked up in a 'in progress' situation for 2 days, it causes massive inconveniences.
