EDIT: IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND STILL NOTHING. apparently there is a waiting list to be registered into an actual account and I've been on this list for nearly a week now with no response or indication how far down I'm in the easier list and how long I have to wait. I've sent them emails to support, chat and social media but no response. I'll change the rating if and when I finally get off the waiting list to use the app.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I sent my brother money from Germany to the UK. The transfer was two weeks in processing, I called customer service several times and was repeatedly asked to wait and wait ,the delivery is supposed to be next working day etc and etc. After two weeks, the transfer was simply cancelled, and it took another two weeks before I got my money back. Definitely not recommended!! 😕

Initially it was good but when i started to use it more frequently they blocked my account. I provided proof for source of fund and after all the details being provided they emailed me that my account have been activated after 3 months. However it remained inactive in the App and when I called their call center they told "that email was a mistake" So now I wonder if they make such mistakes then they can do mistake in transfers as well and then good luck with their dispute process
