app was working fine, great even I was able to send money to my account. despite no details changing now the app just fails to send and takes the money for a few days. update. taptapsend sent me an email from a real person and were able to fix the issue, my previous transfers were refunded and they apologized for the conflicting information they provided. I have changed my review to 5 star.

I used it for a while, but it's been over two months and they've been asking for my documents. I log into the app and it stays on "analyzing image" for days and never finishes. I've sent several emails, they never resolve the issue, they keep asking me to upload them to the app, even after I've explained about 10 times that I haven't completed it. I installed PaySend and the document upload took about 30 minutes. Goodbye TapTap.
