Ratings and reviews

I really don't like the new UI. It's full of adverts, upsell, and the layout is confusing. Fundamentally Monzo have broken the basics of what the app is for. I just want to see my balance and transactions neatly. A running total is no longer shown, just the daily total. Interest on my savings account unexpectedly appears on my activity feed. The monthly budgeting UI is broken and unintuitive to configure. Stop trying to be Revolut, and make your UI simple and intuitive again.

One of the original and the best. Been with them since 2015 but never really used it for anything other than paying for stuff abroad and quick transfers, but the features, the app and even savings account are top notch. I tried Chase for a while but Monzo is miles ahead. Most importantly, you can have the app installed on iOS and Android device simultaneously without issues. There's also a web interface for viewing transactions from last 90 days and for freezing your card. I hope they survive!

Amazing app, love the way that you can see all your Monzo cards in one place. Love that the split bill option is available across both the standard and Flex cards! Truly a game changer. So easy to use and so easy to follow, making keeping on top for your spending a doddle! My banking for both home and abroad.
