Ratings and reviews

Fantastic app. It's been so useful for holidays to just load up some money in my GBP wallet and then convert it when I need. The exchange rates are good, much better than my bank gives. I use the card for contactless payments (so no additional bank fees with every purchase), but Google Pay and Apple Pay works as well. Maybe add to Samsung Pay as this would be useful for me personally.

As soon as I added money to my account, they froze my account with £2100!! , support at first was replying instantly, now it's been 2 days and no/response or update! Shows how they will only reply when it benefits them. Luckily I added my funds using a debit card, will go ahead and raise a chargeback complaint with my bank. Tried to withdraw/send my money to 5 different banks and all transfers got rejected! So my money is stuck on this app 😠 their card also doesn't work.

Reason I opened account with zing to have currency card when I travel. I have EUR and couple of different currency wallets for countries I'm visiting. For now I'm using only local in UK for every day spendings but can't wait to use my card abroad in different currencies. Then I will update my review. App so easy to use. There no confusing unnecessary features. Sending and receiving money, spending for daily expenses, converting currencies between each other in seconds. I just love it..
