Why use the Barclaycard for Business app?
The Barclaycard for Business app is here to help make it easier for Barclaycard Payments cardholders to manage their card. The app has a range of features to help cardholders stay in control of their spending, with 24/7 access to their card information through their mobile.

Important information before you get started
• This app is specifically for Barclaycard Payments cardholders, to track spend and manage their card. The balance shown will be your individual cardholder balance only, and does not include the following company information: Company balance, available credit, or payment details including minimum payment due. Company balance information and account related tasks are not available at this time
• We must hold a current mobile number and email address for you
• The app is only available to cardholders who have received a username and temporary password via email

What can I do on the app?
It’s free to download and with it you’ll be able to:
• View your PIN, instantly
• View your individual card account balance and credit limit
• Look back at previous transactions
• Freeze and unfreeze your card
• Authenticate your online payments
• Request a replacement card
• Block your card if it has been lost or stolen

How does registration work?
• It’s specifically for Barclaycard Payments cardholders (not including Company Admins at the time)
• The app is only available to cardholders who’ve received their username and temporary password from us via email
• We must hold your current email address and mobile phone number. You can validate those details by either checking online, or calling the number on the back of your card

• Remember the balance shown will be your individual cardholder balance only, and does not include the following company information: Company balance, available credit, or payment details including minimum payment due. • If you have the authority to view company or other cardholder balance information you can access your online account via our website

The WORST app I've had the displeasure of using. Doesn't sync correctly, the balance doesn't tally to what has actually been spent. Literally can't do anything on the app other than look at a wrong balance total. Deleted the app and then tried to re-install to see if it would fix issues. Instead it won't download and just crashes the app store. Terrible....needs to take a leaf out of Amex's book.

Terrible for trying to access, correct password fails, reset multiple times still fails. I don't understand why this is so difficult and why biometrics or a pattern isn't an option like most other financial apps. I'm not going to carry around a pin sentry just so I can check my account on a browser while I'm not at a desk. Such a convoluted clunky system. If it wasn't for the decent card rate I wouldn't bother.

Installed after being prompted by marketing emails. Got through all the security and as far as welcome message. App shows £0 balance - which is untrue - and doesn't show transactions. So clearly is not connecting to live information. Only use seems to be able to show past statements - and not all of them (just March and January). Useless.
