Update: App remains absolutely awful. The newer "budgeting feature," aka an absolute joke, is in keeping with the rest of the app, clunky & awkward to use. In fact, it is so terrible that it is unusable. Via an edit icon, the plus & minus or amounts entered in the box are near impossible to alter due to the set up of bills & available money. There is nothing simple about it nor any guidance how to adjust monies so you can choose which incomes are held where.

Hi Bryony, budgeting incomes is a new feature and we will be adding more too. We have sent communication to all account holders on how to use this feature. I have also asked the team to reach out and guide you with this. We're here to help. Chris

Terrible "upgrade". Never had problem with the old app. New ap has been buggy with my budgeting putting all of my available cash into my bills so ultimately left me with no money for living. Now it won't let me pay my credit card bill ultimately ending up in extra charges. Terrible for a service that is paid for monthly. Cant get in touch with anyone on the phones even after waiting for over an hour on hold. Avoid! - 23/2 - after new update budgeting isn't working. App is pointless. Awful

Hi Jack, this isn't something we have seen with budgeting as balance, budgeting, payments were auto carried over to the new app. Please call in with a and hold so we can assist with this. Some merchants are having issues presently and they are working on a fix their end. Apologies for that. Chris

There's been one update since the review. Unfortunately, we still have no end date available on standing orders. If you need to change the amount, it has to be cancelled and reinstated. This is just not user-friendly. I still don't have my bank statement available for November, and I am scrolling to the bottom on a daily basis. Think Money is still missing the basics we loved in the old app. UPDATE: I still can't update my standing orders with end dates or change the costs either.
