Love the notifications every time the card is used and good for travelling. However the free trial is a con. There is no free trial. Whenever you try to close the account you are given steps to follow. The first step is to downgrade the plan which costs money. The second step is to transfer out allen monies which includes a fee. They claim that it is all free at no cost if you cancel but it is impossible to cancel without fees. very expensive free trial. Edit: online chat support was unhelpful

Absolutely horrible customer support. I was making queries about the ultra account - but considering how bad the customer support is on basic level, I'm not sure it's worth paying for all the extras if you have to deal with the horrible customer support. **Update: so I upgraded - all the bonuses via apps are pretty much just extended trials. Not worth the upgrade. Hopefully the insurance is actually usable and not just another front**

great app, easy and quick to get the account opened. The investments part of the app I don't use, it's beyond me. I'll leave that to my accountant or financial advisor for that kind of thing. Now the bad part, they charge 4.99 for a new card, plus 4.99 for postage...esessive, i think.. But on the whole I'm very impressed.
