Ratings and reviews

App has serious problems with handling pre-bookings. With a prebook made 2h before departure I did expect to have transport available on time to get for medical appointment, but this wasn't the case. 2min before expected pickup time they were still looking for a cab. In the city centre where competitors had no problems with finding a driver in 2min. It wouldn't be a big problem but the app is pre-charging you and will charge you if you cancel. Do not use if you need to be on time.

Do not use this app in Greece and the UK. This app is the worst. Location finder is inaccurate. The pin drop reverts to a different address at will of the app. The navigation map is inaccurate. It then suggests corrective routes to the driver. If the driver does not override due to experience you end up going through unnecessary circles, longer travel times and unnecessary diversions. Just the most horrible taxi app. Beat was just soo much better. 2024: same as above and worse: no drivers.

Seems legit, shows available taxis from my location to destination, even for early hours. Haven't tried it yet, though. Price seems standard for duration of journey, unless I book the famous private hire U**r (which is completely unreliable). Was looking for ride shares to begin with but this is also useful in emergencies, e.g. callouts for work. Will update rating once tried it out
