Awful. All I get is question "choose how you would like to authenticate", options are "Fingerprint or Face unlock" or "not now" select not now.....and then nothing. What the @*!# is this app actually trying to do? This needs to be sorted out as it is getting more and more difficult to access my Metro Bank business accounts.......current state of affairs is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Slow, long process and frequently glitches out with no network. I get banking security, but a six step process to approve one payment..has to be a better way.

My God! This is the kind of existence we`ve got, to look forward to - slaves to hi-tech. This is clunky, awkward, & temporimental. It`s either this or a card-reader which is just as bad.
