Was great until I got saw another bank account app, takes too long to tell you pending payments the credit card never updates quick enough and I keep finding myself having to log onto the main website more and more for the info I'm after
It's clunky on payments - most apps let you type in the first few characters then let you pick off a duckshoot, this you scroll and scroll and scroll. Thank you for replying it is somebody I've paid before and that's precisely what is clunky - having to scroll and Scroll and SCROLL through a list rather than typing and the list narrowing down to reduce scrolling. As you're not listening or don't appear to actually read your customers comments I have downgraded my review !
Pretty poor show. Switch away to the app switcher (let's say you're splitting a bill with the calculator and want to see the total) and the app not only requires you to log back in but forgets what you're doing! Contacts support is spotty at best, some contacts just don't appear in the list. Was a nice novelty when nobody else was doing it but RBS/Natwest clearly haven't been doing much on the core functionality and UX. Seems to have had a lot of features added but bugs are never fixed.
I've never had any problems with this app. It always lets you know about maintenance do you can't access it and it's constantly updating to give you more freedom. Almost as good as the website but considering you can use it anywhere, it's definitely top tier.
Great, except for available balance vs actual balance. It's difficult to know what is coursing the difference without going on line. It would be nice to see a list of what payment that are going to leave the account. I know the reasons why there is a difference but sometimes I don't know what the payment is.
So easy to use, and every update brings another useful idea. Would be nice to be able to add new payees without using the laptop and calculator but understand the security implications. Brilliant app *****

• Send international payments to payees you have set up in online banking
• Download a copy of individual transactions for your records
