This is a very basic banking app, you can make transfers and see some transactions (sometimes it takes up to a week to show an electronic transaction!), doesn't show pending transactions but it does show that the amount available is different to the amount you have and if you have an overdraft it includes that as well. So lots of sums to work out how much in pending transactions. There is no way to give feedback on the app in the app. I know this is meant to be a really good app for the UK but I've been dealing with NZ apps that are light years ahead of this. Maybe learn from Westpac?
It is smooth. Easy to transfer money to your own accounts, contacts. Pending transactions needs to be added. Doesn't update enough, other banks do it to the minute. The limit to regular, trusted transfers should be raised, if it's a frequent transfer. No-one has time to dig out a card reader, especially on the go, or out. Would be handy. Would be handy to be able to request a new card when not stolen. Have an emergency, card cancel feature, for when the card/wallet is stolen. If these things were done it truly would be a 5 star app
Very easy to navigate and make payments but the issue is the balance doesn't update or show at least pending transactions, so makes it very difficult to manage finances in a working family. Other banking apps have this facility and the reason I have moved away from Natwest this month. I have been with them for 20+ years. Sort the finger print recognition out, pending transactions, balance without overdraft included and some decent offers 're cards, savings accounts etc and I will be back.
It's all well and good having the app tell you your own name... But how about the ability to see pending transactions and being able to add people to it to pay easier without a card reader. Bit tedious really and I feel you're about 10 years behind every other banking app...
Always wirks well. Warns in advance if going to be offline. Very secure, I've never had any issues that have arisen from using this app. Quick to update balances. As soon as something is transferred between accounts, transferred from another person or spent on a card the available balance changes almost instantly.
Whenever I transfer money to and from my savings account it says it can't establish a connection then closes? Then I do it again and all of a sudden I've transferred the money twice!! It never used to have this issue it's been doing it for the past week or so
