Now you can open bank account anywhere just with your mobile phone. What you need to do to get your bank account is only by providing e-KTP, completing the form, and doing video call with our Customer Service Officer through BCA mobile application. After you done, you’ll get the success notification of your opening account; you might need to directly activate your mobile banking service (by creating PIN number for transaction) and deposit money to your account. Then you are ready to do any transaction with your BCA mobile application (m-BCA menu). You will also get KlikBCA account the day after you succeed creating your mobile banking PIN via email.

Always have to start the app twice. the first time it will almost immediately close again. Several times already I was not able to pay with qris even with strong signal. Very annoying especially since more shops won't accept cash anymore. This system must become much quicker which was initially the idea but as of now it's actually much slower than manual cash transactions.

fast, smooth, reliable, but the UI is just ancient. the app doesn't support English and biometric login. what worries me the most is it doesn't have PUSH NOTIFICATION, which is a very urgent feature nowadays since someone might breach into our account without us being notified. we must add the recipient's account into our contact first before we can make any transfer and this is super annoying. plus, in credit card menu, we can't even distinguish between debit and credit transactions.

I have experienced several times to update this app on this month. Moreover, the download was really slow, and sometimes it stopped, so i need to cancel and download again. There was no problem with my network connection, due to i have tried to use other apps, and it ran smoothly. The app itself, i found it becomes slower than before, after some updates.
