The Bhim Unified Payment Interface (UPI) is also enabled on Axis Bank, letting you make UPI payments, Add Payees, Scan & Pay instantly as well as Make Your Own UPI QR Code. UPI ID is a unique ID that is used to make UPI payments in place of bank account details. UPI PIN is a 4- or 6-digit number which needs to be set by you while creating your UPI ID. As a visually impaired user, I was hoping the latest update would address accessibility concerns, particularly with screen reader support. Unfortunately, after updating, I found no significant improvements. The app still lacks full compatibility with screen readers like TalkBack and others, making navigation difficult. I strongly recommend that the developers optimize the app for use with all screen readers to ensure an inclusive experience. Looking forward to future updates and improvements

Iā€™ve had a very frustrating experience with this app. I need to pay my credit card bills, but while every other menu works smoothly, the credit card menu keeps loading endlessly. I've been trying to access it for the past ten days without success, and it's incredibly frustrating. Please prioritize fixing this issue. Delays like these make it difficult to manage credit card payments on time.

While opening the axis mobile app, I could see the message: 'We have detected a screen-sharing application, Microsoft Remote Desktop.' However, I don't have such an app on my phone. I've checked and removed all apps that could potentially use my screen, but the issue persists. After researching online, I found that others are facing the same issue. Do you have any fix for this problem?"
