Third class app and airline tooo.... i dont understand why is this app made wherein ur trips dont reflect, smilypoints unless every time u take pic and send them 10 mails then they reflect..very much useless app... airline is always delayed or cancelled....rediculous...

Baggage missing since one month at the airport ... I was complaining everyday..They say that they will refund as per the weight.... There were very valuable items... Is that the way how they treat the passengers?I had a bad experience at SriLankan Airlines...Never wish to travel with this airline anymore

Frustrating. That's the only description I can give. Been using this app for more than a year and I am not able to buy tickets sometimes, can't login sometimes, can't check-in sometimes. Inconvenient and inconsistent. They can't spend just a few dollars to test run the app and also make sure it's working. I'll be purchasing tickets else where then.
