Update: A good response from management and resolved issue quickly but only after escalation. After using for 3+ years and paying all bills on time (also full payment everytime rather than minimum due or partial payment) now application shows an error while trying to withdraw available credit limit and also credit limit not increased since 2 years.

I had submitted all my documents,But since 4days no response at all. the same MSG is appearing, Your documents are verified and we will reach you soon with best offers. Check status after some time and giving 90 seconds,then again giving 90 seconds, It's happining since 4 days. Either approve or reject the application. Why to make someone stand with a good hope. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

I have been given to complete the EBV on the app and getting calls 5 times a day. However, your app does not allow me to login and this has been escalated to your team for more than 10 days without a resolution. Please look into this. I have now replied on the mail. Pls check
