I recently used the Tradgo app to recharge my SIM, and while the process was marked as successful within the app, the recharge has not reflected on my SIM. When I tried to raise a complaint, it incorrectly marked my issue as a 'failed recharge.' This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I expected a reliable service but instead encountered this problem. I hope the developers address this issue soon to prevent others from facing similar problems.

One of the worst app i have ever seen, worst costomer support, it is my personal experience only one recharge got successful after that I was trying to go another recharged but every time recharge got fail and the amount is also not credited back to my account it will credit to wallet of which we can't even withdrawal indirectly this app is doing Scam.

It's very sad experience with this app. I was trying to pay My LIc premium whole day the money 1st got deducted and payment was not successful for which money has been added to my wallet.but whole day I tried to make payment through wallet and it's saying mandatory input parameter not present or mismatch. even if I gave the correct credentials. customer service is saying each time try after 1 hour or some useless excuses. for which i sent mail as well..no one is replying.its very horrible.
