How to be a CRED member?

Personal loans eligibility criteria
* Age: 21- 60 years
* Annual household income: ₹3,00,000
* Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹100 to ₹20,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 84 Months

Loan against mutual fund eligibility criteria:
* Age: 18-65 years, Mutual Fund Investment: Min. ₹2000 Portfolio, *Subject to Lender Policy, Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹1000 to ₹2,00,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 72 Months

Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 9.5% to 45%

I purchased a Hombasic Cordless Vacuum Cleaner .After delivery, I opened the package and checked the product, and it was initially working. However,after 4–5 days when I tried to use it properly,the vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working. At first, I thought the battery might be drained, so I tried charging it using several Type-C cables and kept it on charge for several hours. Unfortunately, the device did not charge or turn on at all then it raises concerns about selling such products by cred

Not senior-citizen friendly. The app uses very tiny grey fonts that almost blend into the background color, making it extremely difficult to read the text. Additionally, it is deducting ₹99 as redemption charges from credit cards without any OTP authorization from the user. It also performs extensive scanning of the mobile device and appears to take control of personal and banking details stored on the phone. Overall, it does not seem like a trustworthy app.

Critical Failures and Financial Risks: 1.After I cleared my credit card bill through the app, the dashboard failed to update. 2.Encountered a massive discrepancy in my billing data. 3.The transaction was marked as "Successful," and the funds were immediately debited from my account. However, these funds were never settled with my credit card bank. These recurring issues for several months now, and it is clear that the platform is no longer reliable. I strongly advise others to avoid using it
