* Loan Amount: ₹100 to ₹20,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 - 84 Months

Loan against mutual fund eligibility criteria:
* Age: 18-65 years, Mutual Fund Investment: Min. ₹2000 Portfolio, *Subject to Lender Policy
Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹1000 to ₹50,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 60 Months
Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 9.5% to 45%

CRED has one of the worst payment experiences because of its confusing UI. When I search a number for recharge, it shows previously paid/due transactions as suggestions at the top, even when I never intended to recharge that number. In a hurry, it’s very easy to select the wrong one and make an incorrect recharge. Trying to “help” users this way actually makes the experience worse. The searched number should be clearly shown and prioritized first.

We get the money in daily reward only in the starting use of the app. Afterwards, it doesn't even allow to get it. We only get the useless coupons. So now there is no benefit in paying credit card bills using this app. It's only good for shopping on low discounts but with that of limited brands. Also, there's a glitch in this app because of which I am not able to collect the daily rewards. It is designed in such a way that no one will the jackpot or free things after spinning the wheel. 😑😑😑

I have been using cred since last +5years. Initially used to get reward points as well cash back for the payments. After a period of using it for 7 to 8 months the cash back offer is now not available whatever the payments you make. Instead they have useless points which are good for nothing. Heavily disappointed. update 24/8/26 After seeing the review, the customer support called and offered resolution. But after waiting for 2-3 weeks still no cash received. Again disappointed.
