Personal loans eligibility criteria
* Age: 21- 60 years
* Annual household income: ₹3,00,000
* Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹100 to ₹20,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 - 84 Months

Loan against mutual fund eligibility criteria:
* Age: 18-65 years, Mutual Fund Investment: Min. ₹2000 Portfolio, *Subject to Lender Policy
Should be a resident of India
* Loan Amount: ₹1000 to ₹50,00,000
* Repayment Tenure: 1 Month to 60 Months
Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 9.5% to 45%

Example:
If you borrow ₹5,00,000 for 3 years at 20% p.a.
EMI: ₹18,582 | Processing Fee: ₹17,700
Total Payable: ₹6,68,945 | Total Cost: ₹1,86,645
Effective APR: 21.92%

Ratings and reviews

The app has become miserable nowadays. First of all, there is no calling support, second of all, being a member from the past 7 years, they still take time to verify the payments, for 3 days.. What the heck. What's the purpose of providing a service if the payment is supposed to go on hold for 3 days and the person on the other side keeps waiting. Lost trust in the app. I will not recommend it to anyone now.

I have been using GPay for a long time, but after using this app to manage my credit cards, it has become my favourite app. The UI, features and overall experience are far ahead of other UPI apps. My only issue is that it detects only my savings account and doesn’t allow me to add my current account, even though both accounts are with the same bank and linked to the same mobile number. Hope this can be fixed in a future update.

Cred has always been a maximalist app trying to throw more and more at you. I understand the ads are a part of the business model but the indus bank push is a bit too much even after being dismissed several times. the care showing up along with cards that i already have even after clearly indicating that I do not want it. Also you have all my transactions credit card and bank, can't you show them in one page instead of two separate places ?
