I checked out this app today and had some items in my cart that I wanted to purchase. There was an option to add a coupon, but when I tried, it wouldn't even accept the input. When I clicked on cash on delivery, the order was confirmed without requiring confirmation. Even if we delete something, they ask if you want to delete it, but this app does not have a system type. Dear developers, make the application user-friendly and responsive, which can be easy to use for customers.

"I ordered a Britannia Fruity Fun veg cake, but I was delivered a cake containing egg instead. Additionally, two other items in my order were incorrect. When I called to ask why the wrong items were delivered, I was told the original products were out of stock. I explained that if an item is unavailable, it should not be shown as 'in stock' on the app. I have requested that you take these products back and issue a fix immediately." UPDATE: they took back the wrong orders and issued the refund.

Worst shopping mart for fashion. They post pictures of good brands, but when you order, either the product is unavailable or they send extremely poor-quality items. The delivered product doesn’t match the picture at all—not even close! Total waste of money. You order black and they will deliver blue 🤢 Completely unreliable. Never ordering again.
