Ratings and reviews

Excellent on the whole. One minor issue is with the the soundscape option, (which allows a range of white noise type fillers,) when my phone screen is turned off it cuts out. I little annoying. However, this is literally the only issue I have with this app and brilliant product.

I'm using ellite 8 active. The app works well, but I have one complain. I think we should have the option to set the function of either headset to do the same thing. For example while wearing the right side you can do voice command, hear text or email readout, but if you're wearing the left one you don't have that option. I buy this earpiece mostly for phone calls so I only wear one side at a time. I hope that a software upgrade can add that option.

I love the devices and also the app. At the beginning, the volume wasn't great compared to my Sony headphones. But the ergonomic fit and the noice canceling was amazing. After a while suddenly the volume started to be loud with out losing quality. And I thought it was as a result of a software update. Bit now after a few months it has gone back down again. If it is possible, can you add a feature like to over clock the volume of the device in the application so we can enjoy a higher volume?
