Works great most of the time, however, I'm incredibly frustrated with the downloads. I knew I was going somewhere with limited Internet connectivity and so I downloaded a few things for those moments when I may want some entertainment. The downloads don't work if you don't have Internet connection. What's the point of that then?? I even took my device to an area that had Internet - got the downloads all set up, went back to my room, nope, doesn't work again. Ridiculous.

This app has progressively been getting better. It's still only the third best streaming player for Android. I'm not sure how they do it but year after year this app gets worse. now it never remembers where you are at in the video, and to find where you were watching last you have to watch three six nine or 12 minutes of videos.

With every single passing day, Prime Video is becoming the worst video service to exist. On one hand they are bombarding with ads, new movies are on rent, and the device is getting very hot if we are watching videos through the mobile. Now the app literally stopped working. Despite clearing cache & memory, uninstall & reinstall, logout & login, it is not at all working. At this rate, it is not so soon before the entire customer base leaves Prime Video for good and moves to other services.
