Ratings and reviews

To start with the app experience including the UX/UI is pretty! But I would suggest the team to include a search feature within a restaurant so that one doesn't have to scroll through the entire list to choose their item. Also the list of items in any restaurant is not in a specific order other than being stacked in categories. This could be averted with a "sort by" feature. Unfortunately I had to uninstall deliveroo because the app took me all the way to the checkout page to tell me I am out of delivery area. Well this was after all the scrolling and finding what I wanted to eat. Hope the team rectifies soon :)

I used to love Deliveroo, it really offers a wide variety of food choices. However, with the increased fees (Service fee, Delivery fee and Small Order fee) I really came to hate this service. Probably they shouldn't have offered so many discounts in the past, now they are paying their debt using people's money. It would have been better if they had chosen not to give so many discounts away and tried instead to maintain a certain rarity in the coupons. I sincerely hope they will improve

Fraud is how they make their money!! Check what you've spent in the app Vs what's been charged to your bank. Realising all those 1-2 pound refunds that were to come through, haven't. Always the original charge, never adjusted. All these apps are designed to scam the customer by putting an intermediary between you and the retailer. We've probably been asked to agree to it on the user agreement. The more one knows. The recent discount codes done apply either.
