Tried to register an account but upon sending verification code it gives me an exceeds limit error message try again in 24 hrs. I've tried again in 24, 48 and 72 hrs still get the same error message. It doesn't even provide a contact for support. Hopefully my friends will switch to a different app so I can chat with them. Signal messaging app is supported in Vietnam, an encrypted messaging app.

Voice massages keep glitching for me and sometime while calling too, the app would close my screen and all of the audio would be on the internal speaker, sometimes the app would flash on and off while i'm calling making it harder to hear anything, it's fast and all but it's also a hot mess of glitches, please improve your engine or something

It used to be stable but recently, others are not receiving my messages and there are no evidence that message was not sent. Zalo also doesn't do a great job of filtering out scam accounts. And now when you report an account, you're asked to submit evidence, as if they don't believe you, even though it's very obvious. It's a scam/spam account, I'm not going to engage in a conversation with them. It's an immediate report and block, I don't have screenshots of an empty chat. Design smarter!
