The devices themselves are neat and decent. But the app is weirdly not at the same quality level. Recently the app has started signing me out multiple times a day for no reason. Opening the app devices/hubs show as "updating", "no response" etc for a while. Sometimes devices just don't work. Like the tapping the door lock to open, the door lock says it's open and I visually confirm, but for a minute or so trying to activate another device comes up with an error saying "busy, please wait".

Automated scenes once enabled cannot be disabled. Pressing the toggle switch shows that it is disabled and the toast says done, but exiting and entering the scenes page again shows it is still enabled. Update: Issue was isolated within a day and a fix promised for the next release. Thanks for the quick turnaround and response!

This is the worst app I have e ever had the great misfortune of tethering myself to. If I had another option for smart plugs where I live I would take it in a heartbeat. It is unresponsive, constantly signs me out, and is borderline unusable without having to fully restart my phone on regular basis in order to get it to respond. If you are thinking of using switchbot products, and somehow are reading app reviews before purchase, I strongly recommend you don't.
