I applied, and all my steps were complete except for the Amazon Flex Payment Card. The bank who issued the card said the app did not send any info, and they could not send a card. The app won't let me finish onboarding until I get a payment card. So after a week of calls and emails and advice that did not help, I requested Amazon Flex to delete any information they have such as address, etc, and withdraw my application.

Full of bugs, there are always random functions are not working. like often takes multiple tryes to be able check in, taking minutes, just to be late from the block at the end, navigation often giving awful direction, turning around just. make me park at the opposite site of the road often adding unecessary extra rounds and minutes to the stops, often functions for reporting appearing and disappearing, contact forms often not working to driver support. obviously non of these bugs are excusable.

the reason I am giving this 2 stars is purely because of the gps. when I am headed to a delivery, it constantly spins in circles, lags on directions and then doesn't show me a turn until it's too late. I have to use my own GPS just to find the address. makes it extremely difficult to navigate anywhere
