100% improved since first download couple years ago... use to not even bother with using it for check-in and just bypass it in the online version hidden in the expansion menus, but now it's smooth and fast! Gate updates quickly too, day of flight. Living the new separation of bag drop folks who have already checked in online from everyone else at Atlanta airport! Absolutely needed and being able to print the checked luggage tags yourself just by scanning the boarding pass even better! 5 ⭐!

the app wont let me add or change seats, add bagage or anythign else. You have no easy customer service contact info, you literally have no way for customers to make changes or get help unless their flight is about to leave. That is often too late! GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS! You claim to have cheaper flights but its no longer worth it. Terrible business. Shameful. Just curious who rates this app or this company above one or maybe two stars I am curious how got it to work so good!

it's a lot more work than other airlines. Everything costs extra, never ending suggestions to upgrade assorted things. you don't get a comfortable feeling that everything is ready. And not being able to get a boarding pass without junking up your phone with an app is just wrong. Next time, I'll pay a little more to go with an easier airline.,.....................................................,......................................................................................................
