Maklumat Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) boleh diperolehi melalui Aplikasi Mobile dengan lebih mudah diakses dan cepat. Pengguna juga boleh mendapatkan perkhidmatan percuma seperti semakan saman.

MyJPJ mengandungi:

I've just discovered that the latest update messed up my Android One UI home. If you look at the default home app settings on your android device, it clearly shows that MyJPJ is also listed as an alternative that replaces your app launcher/home screen. I'm not sure why that is and i'm also not sure how long the developer will take to rectify this. But as a quick fix, i disabled the app by adding it to "deep sleep". I will only enable it when i plan to use it.

The app keeps crashing. And it is so difficult to reset password, because I have no idea what the password is. I was never given an option to set password in the beginning. Now despite attempting for an hour plus, I'm still YET to receive a TAC, and it is truly horrible. Sometimes it feels like it is better to get things done physically than to rely on under-developed digital app. How am I supposed to view my digital roadtax?

App was poorly designed/tested before rollout. 1) The system doesn't seem to be able to handle high loads, failing intermittently or not responding in a timely fashion. 2) While registering, I haven't even indicated my password to use & it went ahead to create my account. As a result, I don't know what the system has set as my password & I'm unable to log in again after logging out. Trying to reset my password via the link "Forgot Password" doesn't work as it didn't e-mail me a TAC.
