Great app for quiting smoking. Daily update of money saved, cigarettes/cigars not smoked. Days earned on your life. Earn trophies as you go along. It also shows you what is being achieved daily weekly monthly even yearly Example (first 20 minutes blood pressure and heart rate decreased). I tried the NHS app first but this is much better. Also with daily reminders of how your doing. Very highly recommended, and it's worth getting pro edition.

I am 9 months smoke free, the longest ever for me (a month was my previous best). This app is a nice addition and helps me visualize the benefits, but it's not the reason I actually quit. I actually wanted to quit for myself this time, I got patches from the quit now program (they helped a TON, especially in the beginning weeks) and I held myself accountable to quitting. This app is simple, easy to use and displays all of my benefits of being a former smoker.
Huge congrats on 9 months — that's an enormous milestone, and the patches plus your own commitment did the heavy lifting there. Glad the app helps you visualize the benefits along the way. Wishing you continued success.

I've been smoking for 22 years, and being able to see what I've spent since starting and how much im saving after quitting is so helpful. especially the part where I can see how my health is improving from 20mins to 10 years! it's ANAZING!!!
