About this app

mojeIKP is a free application from the Polish Ministry of Health. Install and receive e-referrals, e-prescriptions and e-orders for medical devices right on your phone. Show the QR code at a pharmacy and fill an e-prescription without providing your PESEL (Polish resident identification number). Review your treatment history. Set a reminder to take the medication. Check the medication's leaflet by scanning its packaging. Grant access to your Electronic Medical Records (EDM) to medical staff and facilities. Apply for an EHIC or a replacement certificate for the EHIC. In an emergency, use the rescue function, which will provide step-by-step instructions on how to provide first aid. Have important healthcare phones on hand. Enjoy a free exercise program, pedometer, hydration counter and access to a diet portal.
Basic functionality:
• buying a medication at a pharmacy without having to provide your PESEL number, just let the pharmacist scan the QR code
• quick and convenient access to e-prescriptions and e-referrals by phone, directly from the PUSH notification received
• reviewing the history of visits and examinations
• review of e-orders for medical devices
• checking the status of the right to NFZ benefits
• possibility to check the dosage of the prescribed medication
• possibility to set a reminder to take a medicine
• access to the medication leaflet after scanning the package code
• downloading e-prescriptions and e-referrals as a pdf file, which can be sent to relatives or medical staff by e-mail or text message

Ratings and reviews

Overall the app is great but I have a suggestion - when the phone is off at the time on which the app should push a medication reminder then after turning the phone on the delayed reminder is not pushed. Maybe implementing a feature that tracks sent/unsent reminders would be worth considering. I know that I'd cretainly be thankful for having it 😊

Great app, easy to switch to see children data. There are possible stuff to improve e.g. History of treatment does not have much details, impossible to understand what was the results about e.g. rtg - no picture or description, just date and time. If the history would be available it would be perfect

While I don't get why this app was needed at all (as long as you could register your kids for vaccination online), I had no problem logging in or using it, like not frustrating at all :) Whatever caused the 2*, they've probably fixed it. Looks neat, runs fast, lacks explanations and is not very intuitive, but a couple of clicks get you there.
