Whenever I open at any shop, the version either is not up to date or it doesn't sign in There should be no need for a complex password for this application. It could easily run on OTPs against mobile numbers

Very bad app. I never seen such a useless app. The authorities are not even fixing the problem after so many bad reviews. I too have the same problem as others, I cannot log in mobile as it keeps asking for otp and the invalid as I need to put a last name when there are no options to type a name. Email too. There is a problem they never send a verification mail, and it says 'go and check'. Both never works. To redeem we need the app, but if the app doesn't work ,how can we redeem.
