The My Tefal app is your real kitchen companion that accompanies you every day. The ""step-by-step"" recipes help you make your favorite starters, main courses and desserts according to your preferences, the ingredients available and the number of portions you want. For each recipe you will find a detailed description of the ingredients and the cooking time for each.

The My Tefal application also offers you the possibility to buy the necessary accessories for your smart multicooker and thus successfully complete the recipe.

Ratings and reviews

Bad user experience: While the app works, when it works, it also has some problems. But the main issue is that the app just says it has no internet connection. Clearing the cache makes it work. But then if you manage to forget your password... then you can reset it..sure..except that clicking the link in the email... returns "page not found". And at this point the "smart" feature became dumb. Thank you , tefal for great products with bad user expetience. Way to build trust with users.

A decent start but feels pretty incomplete. I'm having to wonder if I've done something wrong on setup or if the app is quite new as there are only 63 recipes available which seem to have mistakes on them from the few I've checked. Feels like the app is a good foundation to being a handy cooking companion but needs some refinement/populating.

Cannot login, I've created my account and checked my password etc ... Basically each time I login, I just get back to the login page with no error message or anything. And you can do that indefinitely. There's clearly something very wrong with the app. Very frustrating. I can't comment on the rest of the app yet. Please improve your software validation, at the moment it's really not acceptable. Tefal, ll faut vraiment faire mieux que ça rapidement !
