Absolute failure of a mobile service (Their speeds are good and got good offers though). This has gotta be the scummiest of the other services (WE/Vodaphone etc), it does not have customer support that refunds accidental (or unapproved) transactions to renewal. Adding onto that, the internet after it's consumed (and it always turns itself on after renewal) starts to eat your balance which translates to 1MB for every 1EGP you got on your account. This is absolutely horrid. NO. Your replys work'nt

Where did the ability to subscribe to the MCN service go? It was available at some point but now it's gone. Why the app doesn't work on vpn connections?. Every time I open the app I have to wait to avoid taping the mandatory annoying pop up to subscribe to a daily offer (not everyone is willing to subscribe to such offers) move it to the offers page or something.

Frankly speaking, it is one of the most failed applications at all levels, the technical level and the service level......and I must warn against paying any bill through it because I had heard about the farces that happen while paying bills through it...until it happened to me personally... ......and in the end, just blow your mind against the wall with all simplicity after fines and delays are imposed on you and all of this just because you thought you would pay through the application.
