Ratings and reviews

Trail paths are the very accurate. App claims about alerting when user goes off-route, that didn't happen when I used it in two different trails. And most annoying, which I have seen in other reviews as well, app will not record the activity. It was showing me all the stats from start to finish but it's nowhere to be seen now. At this point I am questioning my decision to pay for subscription.

Patchy!! Some good walks that are sometimes easy to find and sometimes a bit hidden, my biggest problem is even after downloading routes and starting the walk the app as closed itself down on numerous occasions and I have to start over again it's not a connection problem because the app knows exactly where I am every time I restart it!! Any ideas would be great..

First time I used this app and it's absolutely garbage. I downloaded a bunch of hikes that are in rural areas, because the cell service is not that great. At one point, the stupid "arrow" was actually spinning.I used Google maps and it worked far better than the Alltrail app. It had us actually going in circles. Why have a "download" feature if it doesn't function. Do you need data? I am cancelling my subscription ASAP. Total garbage for me. If they have a 0 star option, it would have been.
