spent 15 extra minutes trying to find a parking spot because they weren't showing up on the map. I ended up going all the way back to where I knew a parking spot was 5 miles from where I wanted to go initially 👎im extra annoyed because there was actually a parking spot where I wanted to go, I just assumed there weren't any parking spots in the area but they just didn't appear on the map till it was far too late

The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.

Awful experience when it comes to parking. The app doesn’t allow you to park outside the designated area, but it also fails to show the correct “parking area.” I tried several times to park next to other groups of scooters (4–5 of them), but it kept giving me an error and wouldn’t let me park. Very disappointing compared to other scooter apps I’ve used. Definitely not a user-friendly app.
