Never have I experienced such difficulty with a streaming service. Every 10 minutes it will freeze and buffer, i have to reconnect or refresh the browser to try get it working again. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection but no matter how im streaming, on my chromecast, tablet or laptop, I have the same problem. I refuse to pay $13 for it to be this horrible. I would rather watch pirated clips on YouTube - it would be the same quality experience but I wouldn't have to pay for it!

the app. is just ok. my issue is with the download feature. it does not work if there is no internet, which is not helpful . I do not have such a problem with netflix for example. They always ask you to reinstall the app. , to redownload the epis, etc. Still does not work. Just excuses. Frustrating. I am just waiting for bleach and then ... it would be hard sale.

I wanted to cancel my subscription (temporarily for summer) it was extremely difficult to figure out how to do that, took me close to an hour. Because of the difficulties canceling my subscriptionI will never sign up for Disney ever again! Plus the platform is hard to use, difficult to find decent movies to watch (even though I know they exist).
