For some reason the Disney App won't load on my TV or my phone. I've cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both devices but this hasn't resolved the issue. It's been like this for days now. My internet connection is fine as other streaming services work without any problems. On the one occasion I was able to log into my account I cancelled my subscription. Why use an App that doesn't work??

the app. is just ok. my issue is with the download feature. it does not work if there is no internet, which is not helpful . I do not have such a problem with netflix for example. They always ask you to reinstall the app. , to redownload the epis, etc. Still does not work. Just excuses. Frustrating. I am just waiting for bleach and then ... it would be hard sale.

I wanted to cancel my subscription (temporarily for summer) it was extremely difficult to figure out how to do that, took me close to an hour. Because of the difficulties canceling my subscriptionI will never sign up for Disney ever again! Plus the platform is hard to use, difficult to find decent movies to watch (even though I know they exist).
