so why does it literally take 2 seconds with epass app to reload, yet 10 min with your app? it never stores the card info, & it isn't recognized by phone wallets. also, its been saying there's an update for over 2 years, every single time I open it, yet nothing. not only that, I always end up having to use the website for things like downloading statements, which i do monthly for work. the app never once let me download a pdf - I always have to go to the website. u guys need to update your app.

This new app is a disaster. Nothing works. I used to just pull up the Sunpass website and all was well. Not so anymore. Not only can I not get into the website but I cant get into the new app either...it doesn't recognize my account number or transponder number. Tried calling them but they were too busy to talk to me. Not sure what I'll do when it comes time to update my credit card info. Of course they did take their payment this month. No trouble there. This app definitely needs work.

The app is a joke. I've tried more then 10 times in an hour to get everything set up and Nothing is working. Customer service never picks up the line. Everything on my phone is up-to-date and updated regularly. It's a waste of money at this point. I got halfway through the set up process before it told me my license plate was already in use on another account when I've never had a surpass account before.
