The app isn't working for me. For two weeks, I've been trying to reset my password, but I keep getting a "Temporarily out of service" error, even after receiving and approved successfully linked device message. I have already contacted customer service four times and visited a branch twice, as the error message suggests, but the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Poor online and mobile banking experience. This app is most of the time Out of Service. Interbank transfer always gives errors and out of service feedbacks. It has not been stable and it's been like this for soo many years and I'm surprised they are not fixing it. A banking app with an overall 3.x star rating shows how bad and poor your mobile banking experience is.

Despite being a bit on the slower side, its extensive features truly set it apart. The convenience of monitoring investments and making international transfers right from your phone is a major plus. It's a shame the investment overview currently only tracks the principal and doesn't account for compounded interest rollovers with principals. Hopefully, the app will see some speed improvements and enhanced features in the future to make it even better.
