The app will not even allow me access to my account. Just gives an error message telling me to contact customer service. I did so, they said there's no problem on my account, but they would "look into it and call me back". Of course they didn't. I've rebooted my phone, changed data provider, but this app left me in an untenable position where I couldn't make a payment even after trying for hours. Very disappointing, ABSA really went down after changing from Barclays. Time to consider a new bank.
