It's a little clunky. It works, but connecting receipts scanned or photographed at a different time to a particular expense is not as easy as it should be. Also, at least on Android, logging is doesn't seem to work right half the time. I end up having to terminate the app and reopen it to get it to bring up the fingerprint login. Otherwise, it sits with the weird blinking on-screen like it's in a loop. Programming exceptions and time-outs needs much improvement. Needs a receipt viewer also.

It will not let me submit my receipts to be reimbursed. Every time it says error, please try again later. I hit 'back' to go back to the dashboard and it logs me out, prompting me to put in my login info AND do another 2-step verification. The only thing it's good for is checking my HSA balance. Otherwise, I'm forced to use the desktop site to actually get reimbursed. Frustrating.

Login does not work! I called for support and no one could find my information. I can login fine from web with the same credentials. Really frustrating. Edit: I can now login, but when I select my account on the first screen it says "no participant found. Please check the details you have entered." Not sure what that error means, I didn't enter any details. Customer support doesn't respond after repeated emails. I called over phone for help and no one was able to assist. Terrible experience
