I have sent money to Pakistan many times, but it is received in very difficult. The customer care staff are very arrogant and do not listen at all. On 02/10/2025, I tried calling for 4 hours, but the call never connected to the helpline. Even if it connects, the customer care does not help with money refunds. In other apps, there is a refund option and the money is returned immediately, but with the Alinma Bank app I am not satisfied at all, as refunding is very difficult.

Recently updated the app is not working as expected.OTP for the transactions not receiving on time.receiving 6 to 8 hours later.instead of OTP ,receiving transactions messages continuously like 5 to 6 times. pls update to resolve the said issues.

I have Opened an account by visiting the alinma bank's branch on September 2 but till this day I cannot register to internet banking through alima app. Its been 47 days I cannot register for internet banking services through the alinma app. I am very heartbroken 💔. I use alinma daily for translations. please help. I have send emails about the issue but found no response.
