Ratings and reviews

I can't do any transactions on your app. when I went to your branches they said that the system was down but until now I cannot do any transactions. When I call your customer service as well I cannot use my card number it says Invalid card number.... Why????

i m trying find option to update my ID but couldnt locate so far. usually it use to appear under notifications tab but notifications are not loading. Literrally struggling to update my ID via app. The other banks, such as SABB, provides a very seamless experience for updating the ID.

Asks for P.O box of Homeland while opening new account. This thing is not easy to get while living here. No other bank ever asked for it while Alinma doesn't step forward without this thing. Tried so many times, now done with it. Sorry to say, don't wanna use a account that requires unnecessary infos.
