before it's very useful but now I can't open my alinma app..my phone had been reset and I've downloaded it again when I input my credentials the system will call you to verify your trusted device after it was confirmed it will take me from the very beginning and it shows like this every time I will attempt to log in so it's annoying that you can't open you're own account.

support requests are automatically closed without any action being taken. complaint requests are not visible in the list of open tickets. calling support results in getting stuck due to the automated system requiring passcode I have never been asked to setup. Out of the 6 mobile banking apps from different financial institutions I have used in my life, Alinma, and their mobile app are by far the worst I have ever had to use. Minimum 1 star rating is far too generous.

The app is constantly crashing/opening the website. And I went to multiple branches to fix this issue but unfortunately, there's no technical support division.
