It's ok. It randomly will send a ridiculous amount of notifications but just enough to pop up at the top of the phone and go away. There were 1560 today in the last 3 hours. There are also frequent connectivity issues, as in the earbuds just disconnect, but still show as connected, and my music stops. The only way to restart it is to put them back in the case, then reconnect them.

I have the Bose smart ultra soundbar. Every time I open the app, it asks me to add a new device. I have to set up the soundbar over and over again. There is no sound coming from my soundbar. It is connected with the optical cable. The app doesn't let me change the audio source setting. This has not been a very good experience. The money I spent on this thing should come with better support and instructions.

A great bonus to the already-awesome Ultra Open headphones. A bit complicated, and it defaults to all-the-Bose-products-you-own but the Immersive Audio feature is excellent. I thought that the feature that makes your music appear to come from a fixed point was a (neat) parlor truck but it's fantastic if you're listening to music while watching TV; it separates the different audio inputs in a way that makes it easier to appreciate each independently. The app is a big plus to the headphones.
