I'd give a 10 for the amazing sound and noise cancellation if I could! HOWEVER.... I purchased these as my earbuds to listen to when I'm sleeping, and after a couple songs, they automatically turn off. There is no way to disable this feature, so for that I'd probably give them a zero. They really need to figure out a way to fix this, I mean, if I want the battery to die after 5 hours of listening, that should be MY choice, rather than Bose choice to save battery & cut power after 20 min.

The app would be fine if there was an option to adjust the auto-shutdown feature that is present on the earbuds. It's set to like 10-20 minutes, and other Bose apps have an option to change this timer (or turn it off). This alone reduces the versatility of the earbuds and application so much my appreciation of the product itself is affected.

App is junk, got some used Bose earbuds. They sound great but the pairing to my phone was pretty poor, wouldn't connect to my phone when I wanted them to but would randomly connect to my phone while my car BT was on and would cut off what I was trying to listen to. So I figured the app might help with that, I got to the pairing procedure and every time it finds my headphones and I click more info it just takes me back to downloading the app in the app store. Probably going to switch brands
