The fact it places a $25 hold is something that needs to be more transparent within both the app and signage in the laundromat. App was easy to use and set up and getting the machines up and running wasn't terrible. But have multiple $25 charges is a bit much. I can see where this would be an issue for other people if funds were tight. Doubt I use the app again for this reason alone. Edit: just saw they charge a convenience fee as well that isn't disclosed when paying. This is just a rip off

used this app a few times to avoid an ATM fee. the 25 dollar hold fee wasn't too crazy. not super convenient either. but then was charged a convenience fee. okay, still not crazy unreasonable. then when I don't have access to physical funds, the app is down at least regionally, if not totally. and they don't bother to acknowledge this on their site or to their patron service providers. thanks. so much.

Great when it works, don't have to worry about getting cash back somewhere, then getting quarters. But the key word there is *WHEN* it works. May be the location I'm at versus the actual app, haven't tested that. But really annoying when you have already loaded your clothes into a washer, then go to pay and says "unavailable". So then you gotta unload everything, go find an ATM, pay $5 more than what you're trying to get in cash (service fee) — then run back, get quarters, etc.
