Dashed hopes. Hoping it would be easier to pay my bill, I hop on to the app, only to see extra charges. Showmax is added. I never asked for showmax. I think, no problem, I can always remove. Nope. Nothing on the app to remove these extra charges I never asked for. I see the live chat option and think perfect, I can get help. No again. First, wait time is oddly longer than expected. Second, I now have to go onto Showmax website to remove something I never added. No offer to do it. Disappointing!

Thanks for making payments easier; for making votings also easier. However, I would give you my 5 stars review only when you introduce the "Pay as yo go" method. I mean subscription should run like a normal mobile network subscription. It should only run when in use and let the customer have the ability to select his desired channels too.

I'm giving your app 2 stars because it does not give the proper date for expiration of my subscription. Twice that I subscribed, the app read that my payment was due on a particular date which was around 9 days before the actual expiry date. When I went to your Abuja center to complain, they checked their system and gave me the proper date of expiry. So you guys should fix your app.
