Terrible experience changing my store name. It updated on the GoPay Merchant app, but not on the QRIS, customers still see the old name when scanning. I contacted CS twice and got the same generic reply: "please wait three days." It’s been weeks. How many more times do I need to wait three days? Completely unhelpful and disappointing service for something so essential.

This app is really frustrating. Most of the time, transactions aren’t recorded properly, and it doesn’t sync with the GoMerchant system. Customer service often just says “the server is down” — but this keeps happening again and again. As a merchant, this creates serious problems. Please fix the reliability and server issues ASAP.

this application didn't respond to help ticket. i already wait until two weeks, and its still didn't work. i already reapply the help ticket for many times but still nothing change
