This app need some improvement. First you have to manually select your device each time. Other brands register your device so no one else can and you can also track your device if it goes missing. Here you can't unless your connected to it. Next on the escooters they need to allow riders it turn on/off Crouse control in the app. Alot other brands allow you too. It's just stuck on all the time. There not alot you can do in this app that useful Crash now soon as you try to connect 10/15/22

The application doesn't connect. I had to repeatedly make setting changes, close the menu, then open it again to see if the setting was applied. Error messages are in a language that I can't read. Invalid characters are allowed in email log in. Too many permissions required to even open the app In short this app doesn't work and appears to be nothing more than an attempt at grabbing personal data.

Has gone from "usable" to "waste of phone space". When we first got this app, you could use it, but it was a huge pain in the butt. Now, you're lucky if you can open it without getting a "app unresponsive" message. You'd think this company would be more responsive, but as you can see by looking at the most recent reviews, they don't seem to care that EVERYONE is having issues...
