Was good until the most recent update. The ability to pay my monthly bill is gone now? And tracking does even work anymore. I use another app at the same time to make sure my GPS is being used and it hasn't been tracking my movement consistently for about a week now. Used to be good from what I hear. Had it for 2 months then they went to yearly plans for a final cash grab on us.

The dev team has done a good job fixing the old issues that the app used to have, and I've noticed that my phone now uses the Helium hotspot in my house for WiFi calling, where it used to only use it for WiFi and data. The app is still pretty slow and buggy; load times are long, and it took 6 attempts and 3 restarts for me to place an order for a hotspot from within the app. There should also be a more obvious way to refresh the WiFi profile if it is not currently active or in use.

Seen a add on Facebook and decided to try it out. Sim card came fairly quickly. no issues setting it up and activating. phone calls just stopped. wasn't sure what happened. contacted support and had me check a few things everything looked Good. comes to find out all the voice minutes were used up but the app told us different. ended up paying for a plan. Told me the developers were aware and going to have fixed next update. kinda convenient to do that so you don't get the free service anymore.
