Managing Your Account:
Your privacy and control over your data are important to us. If you wish to delete your account, you can easily do so directly within the app. Please follow these simple steps:
- Account Tab -> Account -> Delete account - Tap the 3 checkboxes then tap Delete. - Enter your Wyze account password again and tap Delete. Upon deleting your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, and you will not be able to recover any data associated with your account.

Since the update this system has been complete trash. Was a huge fan but very disappointed. Frequently we lose connectivity to the wireless devices, the thermostat, and delays in the doorbell. Have to delete thermostat and reinstall each time. The person has come and gone before the video connects with the doorbell. Wizards claim it's my wifi, but everything else thats not Wyze works just fine. 1 star, debating on going back to Blink.

changed my phone and now I've lost my subscription. Wyze say I have to contact Google, because I paid Wyze through Google pay. Not a great customer experience all round. I'd steer clear if that's how they treat their customers. Laughable! They're asking me to reach out to the 'wizards'. I've actually done that already. Absolutely no help whatsoever. They showed complete indifference to me.

After the update the cameras lag to connect, they don't save the settings to continuously record to the SD card, disable the motion tagging during the day but they still do itfisisable night vision but still engages, the cameras disconnect constantly even though the wifi signal is strong. I loved how reliable and clear your products were but now It looks like I'll have to install a wired system instead
