it's marginal at best. takes about 5 log in attempts before I stop getting an error message, I constantly get kicked off the website, none of it is user friendly and you have to go around your elbow to get any type of information. not all basic information is available on the app which means I have to go online which means more kick offs, log outs, and error messages. Definitely not the one I would have chosen. there are better ones out there but this is who my company has chosen for now.

I do like the app, and I would give it 5, but there are some capabilities I feel are lacking. Firstly, I would like the ability to see day to day, and weekly changes on a spreadsheet of my investment account. Essentially very similar to how you can see on a bank statement where it shows the cost or change, then display the adjusted account balance. Secondly, I'd like the process of getting to my statements easier and it not just being quarterly changes.

Terrible app and getting worse. This app is constantly "Unavailable," and gives a 1-855 number to call. When you call, their advisors have no idea that it's not working, then say, "they're working on it." I've been told to update the app and even uninstall and reinstall. No difference, app still doesn't work. It's been like this on and off for over a year. if they can't solve a simple app fix, is this the company I really want to invest my money with??
