Ratings and reviews

Constantly freezes, about half the time it doesn't work. Even if you close the app when it freezes, doesn't do a thing and it'll remain frozen when you open it up again. Cleared cache, didn't help, restart phone, didn't help. Only thing to do is go somewhere else and hope next time it works as it seems to be very inconsistent, but when it does freeze there is abolsutely nothing you can do to fix it at that given time. It's also not a new problem, been doing this for a couple years.

Can no longer redeem points or offers. When I get to the final section to "Add to order" the item isn't there and the add button is unresponsive and the Reward/Offer is no longer displayed as selected. I have to force stop, clear cache, clear data, log in and order right away. Problem is if I wait or try to have a second order later it no longer works and I have to jump through the hoops again.

I don't know what happened but an update happened and now I can't redeem my points. Every time I try and add an item through points the 'Add to Bag' button doesn't respond to anything. Also, if I try to reorder an item with customizations it says there are items not available at the location but if I manually add the item then customize it with what I originally wanted, it works just fine.
